Production & Dispatch Timeframes
White & Black Keggy Units
Estimated dispatch commencing July 2026.
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
Sage Green Keggy Units
Estimated dispatch commencing mid-August 2026.
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
The above dates are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturing schedules, supplier availability, freight delays, customs processing, product demand, and other factors outside our reasonable control.
If a material delay occurs, we will provide updates via email.
Pre-Orders
Many Keggy products are offered on a pre-order basis.
When placing a pre-order, payment is collected at checkout to reserve inventory and production allocation.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
• Your item may not be immediately available for shipment
• Dispatch dates are estimates only
• Delays may occur due to manufacturing, freight, customs, or supply chain factors outside our reasonable control
Multi-Item Orders
If your order contains products with different dispatch dates, items may be shipped separately as they become available.
Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment once dispatched.

We offer free shipping on eligible orders over:

• $350 AUD
Free shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts and before taxes where applicable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the amount paid at checkout.
No additional customs charges should be payable upon delivery.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become active within the carrier's system.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be charged to the customer.
