Why doesn't Keggy ship with CO₂?
CO₂ cartridges ship separately due to international shipping regulations.
To keep Keggy moving safely and efficiently worldwide, cartridges are sourced separately through approved compatible suppliers. We are working on fixing this long term and being able to supply them.
The good news? Setup takes seconds and compatible cartridges are easy to find.
CO₂ Questions
Where do I get CO₂ cartridges?
The Keggy uses standard screwable CO₂ cartridges that are widely available and easy to reorder on Amazon. each one lasts plenty of pours, so you're not constantly replacing them.
How long does a CO₂ cartridge last?
Each CO₂ cartridge powers roughly one full 5L Session Keg, depending on the drink type and carbonation level. For larger parties or longer weekends, we recommend keeping a few spare cartridges on hand.
What PSI do I use for different drinks?
The pressure isn't something to overthink: See below for the recommended PSI for every drink.
- Cocktails & Mocktails 15–23 PSI
- Beer & Cider 10–15 PSI
- Soft Drinks & Soda 18–23 PSI
- Wine Spritz & Light Sparkle 5–10 PSI
- Iced Coffee & Non-Carbonated 0–5 PSI
Is it hard to set up?
Not at all - it takes about 30 seconds. Pour in your drink (or mix it right in the Keggy), screw on the lid, attach the CO₂ cartridge, set the pressure to suit, and pour. No tools, no manual.
