The Keggy Co. wants you to receive your order in perfect condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We accept returns or replacements only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives with a fault or shipping damage, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify:

  • Claim must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Product defect or shipping damage must be verified
  • Supporting images or video may be required

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Due to the nature of our products and fulfilment process, returns are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect selection
  • Preference changes
  • Delayed expectations outside stated shipping estimates
  • General dissatisfaction unrelated to product fault or damage

Return Shipping

  • Faulty or damaged items: return shipping may be covered or replacement arranged by The Keggy Co.
  • Non-approved returns: customer remains responsible for shipping costs

Please do not return items without contacting us first.
